People often ask, what is your favorite thing on the menu? I love everything on our menu, or else we would not serve it.

However, my absolute favorite, go to is our avocado toast. Served on our very own house made flat bread, with our very own tomato, and our very own red pepper aioli. It is absolutely delish. I grew up eating avocados on bread so this is nothing new, but it’s been trending for a bit now. And, you can’t been the super good fat of that avocado. Some fat really is good fat.

Oh, and I usually add smoked salmon and fried egg whites to mine. I swear that will keep me going for hours. So, come by and load up on your omegas.

Every time I turn around there is a BB bag somewhere in the house. They are in the kitchen, in the bedrooms, on the desks, on the couch, even in the bathroom(living with teenage boys)—yes, they eat in the bathroom—don’t ask?
